We stayed in this house in August this year with our family and friends for a week. Their house is in perfect loacation for many outdoor activites (biking, hiking, swimming). Waking distance from cute town with caffes and restaurants. The place is easy to acces via higway, yet its quiet and cozy. We are already planing our winter vacation there again. Anna and Tyler are fantastic hosts, and they are always thinking how to make your stay more enjoyable.

Talk about a beautiful trip back in time.. this wonderful relic of a home has been modernized to meet your every comfort while still holding true to Bavarian mountain charm. With the Stube warmed up from the Kachelofen, you will surely feel at ease while staying at Adventure Bavaria's home, and surely will learn a thing or three about life as a Bavarian. Wonderful hikes and bike rides right from the door step, incredibly easy to arrive via train (5.5 hours from Berlin Hbf to doorstep 😁), and the entire Bavarian and Tiroler Alpen to play in at your footsteps. Just watch your head while walking throughout the doorways-- I guess Bavaria made their folk a bit shorter in centuries past!

I've stayed in the Adventure Bavaria's house a lot this summer and enjoyed every moment of it! The house feels like a typical Bavarian house but with nicely renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Super cosy "Stube" where there is a beautiful big dinner table and a typical Bavarian "Kachelofen". Super nice to be able to light a fire and snuggle up with a hot cup of cocoa there!

My girlfriend and I stayed here with a few friends. We went on a great bike ride, a few hikes and swam at the lake nearby. The area, the house and the host are all top notch! Tyler and Anna offer everything first class! Make sure to use the sauna, grab a beer and enjoy the view for sunset! It’s epic! Thank you Tyler and Anna!!

Adventure Bavaria is top notch! I can't recommend it enough. I have slept at the Adventure Bavaria farm house and also contracted to do the Cultural Stammtisch. I work for an international travel company and our guests have loved meeting Anna, learning about the local beer and cultural traditions, and hearing more about the region we are visiting. The house, cultural offerings and family are a true local gem.

We scheduled a hike and beer tasting with Adventure Bavaria and both events were fantastic! The hike was well planned and offered stunning views of the Alps. We learned a lot about Bavarian and German culture and would highly recommend seeing if they are available for your trip. Next time I'm in Bavaria I definitely want to come back for a schnitzel lesson!

We did the Wiener Schnitzel class with Anna (and Tyler!) and it was the absolute highlight of our Germany trip!! They graciously welcomed us to their beautiful home and we worked in the spacious, well-appointed and highly organized kitchen. Anna shared her Oma's recipes and wisdom, and truly made us feel like family. The meal was incredibly delicious and so much fun to create. This is an experience we will remember the rest of our lives. And we'll use the recipes!! So grateful for such talented people.

We had a wonderful time taking the schnitzel class with Anna and Tyler. It was the absolute highlight of our trip. We had the honor of being the first class in their newly renovated kitchen. The kitchen is perfect set up for the class. We all enjoyed the process of making the meal, we learned some new (to us) techniques that we will taking home with us, and the food itself turned out wonderfully. Our only regret was that we did not play to spend the night in one of their guest houses. Everyone agreed that the cooking class was the top moment of the trip. Anna and Tyler are certainly invited to make some Cajun food with us if they make down to south Louisiana.

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful little village. Hosts were very welcoming and nice. Place was super clean and I slept like a baby. The guesthouse was very cool especially if you appreciate German heritage.

We had a fantastic time with Anna and Tyler learning to cook some authentic Bavarian dishes including wiener schnitzel, potato salad, radish salad, preiselbeer dressing and kaiserschmarrn. It is so lovely to see Anna honouring her Oma by sharing some wonderful recipes. Absolutely delicious. Anna is so sweet and she and Tyler are excellent hosts. Their town, Oberaudorf, is beautiful and a pretty one hour train ride from Munich. Highly recommended!!
